Familiarisation training at Bishan Sports Hall before Competition

Please note that I've booked Bishan Sports Hall to train on Mon (16/3) and Tue (17/3) during the March school holidays from 9am to 12pm. This is for ALL gymnasts who are taking part in the competition in April. There is no transport provided. Please make the necessary arrangement to be there so that they are familiar with the apparatus in the competition arena.
The other two training dates 19/3 (Thur) and 20/3 (Fri) will be in the usual NYGH/BazGym gymnasiums. It's crucial for all gymnasts to attend these training to sharpen their skills before the competition on 6 April. Please refrain from going overseas for holidays.

IMPT!! Gym training as usual next week.

Please take note that Gymnastics training will resume on Monday (23 Feb), Tue (for girls only), Thursday and Friday as our competition dates are drawing near. We cannot afford to lose 2 weeks of training. Thus we are not following the school calendar which states CCA suspended till 27 Feb.

Please bring along gym attire on Monday to change after the CNY celebration. Thank you!

artistic gymnastics competition

The National Primary Schools Artistic Gymnastics C'ships 2015 will held from 7 to 10 April. I'm in the midst of discussion with the coaches on the allocation of gymnasts competing in the various teams. There are a few cases of injuries occurred during training. Pupils, please be extra careful and vigilant when you train during this crucial competition period.
